Ta bắt đầu bằng việc thêm mục trong Mô đun ![](/files/-M44N05ULzUmA2UFOp6i) Sau đó thầy cô chọn Công cụ bên ngoài ![](/files/-M44NBbhwer1ss5PwNo9) Hệ thống sẽ xuất hiện thanh công cụ Công cụ bên ngoài với danh sách các ứng dụng thầy cô đã thêm vào khóa học. Thầy cô tiếp tục chọn Ứng dụng Google Drive ![](/files/-M44Lao3nwh-WpRQy09A) Sau khi chọn ứng dụng Google Drive, hệ thống sẽ xuất hiện danh sách các thư muc và tập tin trong Google Drive trong thanh công cụ như hình bên dưới. Thầy cô nhấp vào tập tin mình muốn liên kết, rồi ấn "Thêm/Add" ![](/files/-M44OASxNzp_4cG9eGml) Sau khi thầy cô đã chọn xong tập tin, hệ thống sẽ điều hướng về thanh công cụ Ứng dụng bên ngoài, với đường link tới tập tin thầy cô đã chọn. Từ đây, thầy cô nhấp "Thêm mục" ![](/files/-M44OYV0uk_AErS4LOCM) Sau đó thầy cô trở lại Nội dung học tập để hiện thị tập tin. Tuy nhiên, vì lý do bảo mật, Google có thể yêu cầu quyền truy cập của thầy cô hoặc học viên, do địa chỉ email mặc định của thầy cô trên trình duyệt khác với địa chỉ email đã đăng kí Google Drive như hình sau.
